Packager
A third party who assembles your application for a fee.
Why it matters to you
Legitimate ones exist and can save real time on a complicated file. Their fee has to be disclosed on Form 159 and is capped. Be wary of anyone charging a large upfront fee before a lender has shown interest — that's the standard shape of the scam.
