The most useful column is smallest they write. Banks rarely advertise a minimum, and borrowers routinely spend three weeks with a lender who was never going to do a loan that size. Anyone whose floor is above your number has already been removed.
What to do with this list
Approach three, not one. Ask each whether they are a preferred lender, how many deals like yours they closed last year, and what spread they are quoting. Then check that quote against what others paid.
