SBA's term for the people attached to your business: owners of 20% or more, officers, directors, key employees, and in some cases their spouses.

It's the word that decides who has to sign, who gets background-checked, and whose personal finances end up in the file. If you have a silent partner at 25%, they are not silent to SBA.
