Criminal history questions

Form 1919 asks whether any Associate is incarcerated, under indictment, on probation or parole, or has been arrested or convicted.

Why it matters to you

The rules changed in 2024 and most of what's online is out of date. Probation and parole were removed from the disqualifying list; what still disqualifies is current incarceration or being under indictment for a felony or a crime involving financial misconduct. Separately: you disclose on the form even if the record was sealed or expunged. Those are two different obligations and people conflate them.
